Wildgrown Trademark Approved

It's official!

After a nearly-two year process, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has granted Brightside Acres, LLC, ownership of the trademark WILDGROWN. The final stage in the process, which included providing documentation of our use of the trademark in commerce, was approved for International Class 29 (fruit preserves, fruit spreads, compotes, and fruit essences) and International Class 32 (sweet cider). The approval process remains pending for International Class 30 (fruit and vegetable chutneys) and Class 33 (hard cider fruit wine).
